Starting an Application
In K12JobSpot beta, you can apply to an available job directly from the following locations:
- "Find Jobs" tab (opens by default)
- Job preview
- Full job posting
Look for the Apply or Easy Apply buttons.
Apply vs. Easy Apply
Easy Apply allows you to apply for a job with just a few clicks. The availability of Easy Apply for a job depends on:
- Employer’s application requirements
- Completion of your profile on K12JobSpot beta
If your profile has all the sections required by the employer for the job, you will be able to take advantage of this time-saving option. *If you do not see Easy Apply, it is still quick to complete an application using the standard Apply button.

Submitting Your Application
Whether you use Apply or Easy Apply, the last step is submitting your application using the Submit button.
Once you have successfully submitted the application, you will receive a pop-up notification to verify the process is complete. Select Continue to return to the main Find Jobs page.
Viewing Your Applications
K12JobSpot beta allows you to clearly track your application at every step. Go to the My Applications tab to review status updates and monitor progress. Information includes:
- Job Name
- Date Applied
- Location
- Application Status
Includes: Application Started, Application Submitted, Review In Progress, Not Selected, Posting Closed - Suggested Actions/Dropdown Options
Includes: Continue Application, View Application, Archive Application
