Navigation Steps
To recover login credentials:
- Access the sign in page.
- Click Sign In with Frontline Passport.
This will provide access to the sign in page where credential recovery can take place.
Recover Forgotten Password
- Enter your username (i.e., email address used during initial Passport account creation process).
- Click Next.
- Click the Forgot Password? link.
Follow the prompts for email or phone verification methods, depending on what has been previously set up in the system.
- Click Select beside the Email or Phone option for your preferred method of credential recovery.
- Email: Click Send me an email. *This email message will be sent to the email provided during the initial Passport account creation process. This will appear as the default option if phone verification is not available.
- Phone: Click Receive a code via SMS. *This SMS message will be sent to the multi factor authentication phone number provided following the initial Passport account creation process.

The system will issue a recovery message with action prompts.
- Follow the prompts provided to change your password.
(e.g., Click Reset Password or enter a code from the email if links cannot be used.)
