Viewing My Applications

This article describes how to view your job applications in K12JobSpot beta, and how application status affects the display.

How It Works: The system records application progress and provides related actions based on the application status (e.g., continuing an application, viewing details, or archiving applications).

Navigation

Go to the My Applications tab to review application status updates and monitor application-related progress.

My Applications Page

Information on the My Applications page includes:

  • Job Name
  • Date Applied
  • Location
  • Application Status 
    Includes: Application Started, Application Submitted, Review In Progress, Not Selected, Posting Closed
  • Suggested Actions/Dropdown Options 
    Includes: Continue Application, View Application, Archive Application

The Suggested Actions and dropdown options mentioned above can be used in the following scenarios:


Example: The Continue Application option will reopen the application based on where you last saved it.

Example: The View Application option will open the submitted application as a view-only mode.

Example: The Archive Application option will remove the listing from your My Applications page. This applies if a job posting closes. *Proceed with caution. This action cannot be undone.
