This article explains the login options for K12JobSpot beta, the new and improved K12JobSpot. Beta access occurs through Frontline Passport via preview.k12jobspot.com. Use one of the three options below to access the system based on account status.

Sign In with Frontline Passport
Use this option if you have already upgraded your K12JobSpot account to the beta experience.
- Select Sign In With Frontline Passport to log in using your Frontline Passport.
- Enter in the email address for your Frontline Passport.
- Click Next.
- Enter your Frontline Passport password.
- Click Verify.
Sign In and Password Entry Example:
Frontline Passport access features multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Click Send me an email to continue.
- Access the email account associated with your Frontline Passport.
- Click the secure Sign In link to move forward.
*If you have set up alternate MFA options, you will be prompted to pick which option to use. As an alternative:
- Select Enter a code from the email instead link.
- Enter the code from the email into the textbox on the Passport verification page.
- Click Verify.

Upgrade K12JobSpot Account
Use this option to create a Frontline Passport using your existing K12JobSpot account to explore the new experience.
- Enter your existing K12JobSpot username and password.
When you sign in:
- Complete the details for your new Frontline Passport.
Upgrade Account Example:
You will receive a confirmation that your account was successfully upgraded. You are now ready to complete the sign in process.
- Enter your username and password to gain access to K12JobSpot beta.

As you explore the new K12JobSpot beta experience with your Frontline Passport credentials, you can continue to use your existing K12JobSpot account to make sure you are viewing all jobs that match your search criteria.
Create New K12JobSpot beta Account
Use this option if you do not have a current K12JobSpot account and want to explore the new beta experience.
- Select CREATE A NEW K12JOBSPOT ACCOUNT.
*This option only applies if you do not have an existing Frontline Passport or K12JobSpot account.
- Select the CREATE A FRONTLINE PASSPORT option to get started.
*Remember, if you already have a Frontline Passport or K12JobSpot account, select the appropriate option instead (i.e., Sign in with your Frontline Passport or Upgrade your K12JobSpot account).
- Click Continue to proceed.
The following prompts will become available:
- Enter Email Address (Username): The email entered will be your username and is required for initial multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Enter Password: Passwords must meet the following security criteria: at least 15 characters, at least 1 number, at least 1 lowercase letter, at least 1 uppercase letter, and at least 1 special character.
- Confirm your password.
- Click Create my Frontline Passport to continue.

- Click Sign in with Frontline Passport once your account has been created.
- Enter your Frontline Passport credentials (email/username and password) and enjoy exploring K12JobSpot beta.
